Universal heavy-duty horizontal lathe(HPQX-267)

This machine is suitable for machining ferrous-metal, non-ferrous metal or part non-metal components with carbide alloy. 

1. This machine is suitable for machining ferrous-metal, non-ferrous metal or part non-metal components with carbide alloy or porcelain cutter, on the machine,           cylindrical turning and boring, taping, surfacing, curving, clotting, threading as well as drilling can be carried out roughly and finely.

2. Bed of machine is in one piece with two flat guide ways.

3. Main drive is driven by A.C motor through 21 steps transmission or by D.C motor through two grades transmission to reach necessary speeds range for spindle.

4. For universal type, concentrated transmission (by spindle) is adopted to make feed or threading.

5. Guide way of carriage bed is of hardened alloy steel plate and ground, low friction pair sliding guide way.

6. Gear rack in horizontal is of imported hardened ground rack, realizing feed and rapid movement.
